Whereas humor is offensive to those who cannot laugh at themselves;
Whereas humor is offensive when one laughs at another;
Whereas humor may cause one to laugh aloud; and,
Whereas laughter can emit droplets into the air that may contain a virus,
It is hereby ORDERED and DECREEED that laughter and humor is banned.
